By far one of the worst company I have ever met! Red eye came back on July to view my damages sent estimate to my insurance. Never heard back from them. I had called, emailed and left voicemail. Even called Brady never responded back. It’s September and they now want to acknowledge me. Please very irresponsible company don’t recommend.

Red Eye Construction was the best!, my project manager Ron was always available and quick to respond to any questions, the majority of the work was completed by Dave Archer! Dave was amazing, super professional, great with my pets, my kids loved him! he completed the full scope of the work including (dry wall, paint, baseboards, installing cabinetry, removing and reinstalling plumbing for the kitchen sink, tile/grout)! if you need it done Dave can do it all! work was completed extremely quickly and efficiently! I would recommend Red Eye for anyone's remodel needs and can only hope they get Dave so he can WOW them with his hard work and wonderful personality!

I have not had a good experience thus far. Our project manager is Kimberly White. We paid our deposit almost 5 weeks ago. I have waited around for 4 different crews, and the job has not been done. The last contractor they hired, who set up yesterday, quit this morning. He was the first to show up right on time, and it was to pick up his things and give me the bad news. He was nice and well mannered. I was disappointed to see him go. He had not been paid the deposit as told. He said there wasn't good communication, and there was a lack of professionalism, which is what I've experienced so far. Before him, I was told someone would be stopping by later in the day to look at what needed to be done because the pictures weren't good enough. Pictures were taken by their own adjuster. After 6 p.m., I worked at contacting Kimberly because he hadn't yet shown up. That's when she switched to this last guy. At one point, two guys from another company came out and met Kimberly here to go over what needed to be done. The next day, she told me they decided they wouldn't be doing the job after all. Another day I planned to be home that didn't work out. Before that, I was told a couple of other guys would be doing the work. They turned out to be too busy and not wanting to make the drive, according to Kimberly. So much of my time wasted. No one has contacted me to discuss when or who will be doing the work after this last guy they contracted decided not to do the work due to Red Eye Construction being unprofessional. I don't recommend this company if you value your time and want the work done in a timely manner.

The team from Red Eye Construction was incredible. We had a bathroom redo as a result of water damage. We were assigned a project manager (Kim White). Kim was professional, extremely responsive and helped us navigate the whole process step by step. She brought Homero Simpson in to do the drywall, paint and install new vanity. He was excellent, very proficient and wonderful to work with. The flooring (Scott & Edgar), also impressive. The entire experience with this amazing team was top notch and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!!!
